LOS ANGELES: Taylor Swift held onto her throne atop the weekly U.S. Billboard two hundred album chart for a 3rd consecutive week on Monday.
Swift’s “Name” document offered another 147,000 album models in the week ending Nov. thirty, in accordance to figures from Nielsen Songs.
At No. 2 this week is acappella team Pentatonix’s festive album “A Pentatonix Christmas,” whilst British singer Sam Smith’s most current album “The Thrill of it All” held continuous at No. 3.
The only new entry in the top ten of the Billboard two hundred chart this week was a collaborative album by rappers Jadakiss and Fabolous, “Friday on Elm Street,” opening at No. ten.
The Billboard two hundred chart tallies models from album sales, song sales (ten songs equal one album) and streaming action (1,500 streams equal one album).
On the Electronic Tracks chart, which steps on-line single sales, Ed Sheeran’s really like song “Ideal” climbed to No. 1 from No. 3 with almost sixty,000 copies offered.
The singer launched a new model of “Ideal” on Dec. 1, in which he duets with Beyonce. As of Monday, the song is at the top of the U.S. iTunes chart and has been seen almost 22 million instances on YouTube .
